Warranty PolicyPowerleader designs, manufactures and distributes only the highest quality range of electronic products. The range includes telecom's connectors, cords, power boards and surge protectors, and telephone accessories, telephones and communications products. As a wholly owned Australian company, we take great pride in being able to provide you with exceptional quality products.
We offer our customers a product lifetime replacement warranty. In the unlikely event that any of our products are not of acceptable quality or fit for any disclosed purpose during the expected average life of the product, you can contact us via the contact details provided below to arrange for a full replacement of the same, or in the case of a discontinued line, an equivalent product.
Naturally, should the use of our products be manifestly inappropriate for their intended purpose, we reserve the right, at our discretion, not to provide our full product lifetime replacement warranty in those circumstances.
This warranty does not cover products that are abused, altered or repaired, nor does it extend to rechargeable batteries or other products that are expected to deteriorate naturally over time. Indeed, because of the natural deterioration of all surge protection products, we recommend that you regularly replace surge protectors and power boards at least every 2 to 3 years, which is endorsed by regulators in Australia.
As far as is permitted by law, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage arising from the use of our products.
The benefits given by our warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which our warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
